At Military Steals and Surplus, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your gear; therefore, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that authentic military surplus items may feature unique character marks, but we will gladly exchange any product that does not meet your expectations.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic military tags and labels are still attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
